Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. No cancellations or changes allowed within 3 days of your scheduled appointment. Elizabeth creates and honors space and trusts you do the same for her.
If you cancel your appointment within 72 hours or fail to arrive, you are responsible for the cost of your session. This is with respect to Elizabeth and other clients who may have wanted your appointment time.
The cost of your session must be paid in full prior to your next booking otherwise all future appointments will be on hold. Multiple reschedulings and cancellations will result in elimination of all future appointments and any new bookings must be approved.
